What is your typical turnaround time?

Depending on the time of the year, turnaround time is anywhere between 5-10 business days. We have been known to get things done quicker, but some projects may require longer. If you have a rush or an event, just call and we can see what we can do.
What is the minimum I can order?

For screenprinting our minimum is 12 pieces. There is not a minimum on embroidery unless they are caps, then the minimum is 12. However, the higher the quantity the better the price.
Do I have to place my order in person?

No, you may email your order as well.
Can I provide my own shirts/products?

Yes you can! Although, the minimum on screenprinting still applies. Please provide a list of all sizes and quantities so we can make sure all of your products are accounted for. We would also like you to have all tags and bags removed ahead of time.
What if I am not sure what I want on my shirts? Can you design it for me?

Yes, we have a wonderful artist on staff that would be happy to design your shirts for you!
