Scott
Co-Owner
Scott is mostly referred to as the brother, and he's perfectly fine with that. He's also a former Miller and a Hoosier grad, following in big sister's footsteps into the family business. Scott is best known for team sports, athletic events, school, and corporate apparel. When he's not looking through his sister's office for late afternoon snacks he can be found running or biking on the trails or enjoying just about any outdoor adventure with his wife, Brooke and daughter, Piper.
Kiersten
Front Desk & Custom Decoration
Kiersten is our friendly face at the front desk! She puts together our online stores and enjoys finding the perfect promotional items for customer gifts and giveaways. If she’s not at the front desk, she is most likely at the heat press adding personalized names and DTF transfers to items that need a more customized decoration. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, thrift shopping, and spending time at home watching Real Housewives with her fiancé and their two dogs, Rosie and Luca.
Laurie Dyer
The T-shirt Gal
Laurie appropriately refers to herself as "The T-shirt Gal"! She immerses herself in the community by serving on several boards including the Noblesville Schools Education Foundation, Noblesville Board of Works, Prevail, and Riverview Hospital. She enjoys attending all the local events around town that T&T sponsors or equips with apparel and promo items. She is an Official Miller after graduating from NHS and proudly raising her family here in The 'Ville. Laurie met her husband Scott at Indiana University, where their two daughters also attended and graduated before becoming teachers in Indianapolis. The family enjoys traveling together and loving on their goldendoodle Stella, who is now the only child living at home.
Michele Minton
The True Boss
Michele is the true boss of the company! She keeps owners Scott and Laurie organized and keeps them on their toes until tasks are complete and deadlines are met. We couldn't process our stores without her nor could we get our products to our customers looking as nice. Most importantly, Michele's favorite job is "Nina." She adores her grandkids to the fullest and shares the funniest stories about them. We love it when they visit us at the office! There is a 4th grandchild on the way which means Nina will be beaming prouder than ever soon.
Laurie Faust
Staff Graphic Designer
Laurie Faust is our amazing staff graphic designer! She can take your design ideas and make them into one-of-a-kind art. No matter your level of expertise - if you have a great design already made or even if you can’t draw a stick figure, Laurie is ready to make your ideas come to life. She has decades of experience in graphic design and attended Herron School of Art with a degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Visual Communications. She loves spending time with her kids, curling up with a good book, and of course all things art-related - you can often find her painting, drawing, and designing in her studio.
